Data Collection

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our services: primarily your name, business email address and billing details, used to deliver your purchase and manage your account. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe, an external payment provider. Allura does not store full card numbers or security codes; only a masked reference (such as the card brand, last four digits and expiry date) is retained so you can view and manage your saved payment methods.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Data is used exclusively to process purchases, deliver digital content, manage subscriptions, send receipts, or respond to inquiries. Processing is based on your consent and on the performance of the contract between you and Allura, limited to what is necessary to provide the requested service.

Data Storage and Security

We store data securely and only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by applicable law (for example, statutory accounting retention periods). Full payment credentials are held exclusively by Stripe, which is fully PCI-DSS and GDPR-compliant; Allura's systems only ever hold the masked card reference described above. Website and application data is hosted by Evolurise LLC-FZ on our behalf as our infrastructure provider.

Your data is hosted on servers located within the European Economic Area.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell or rent your data. Limited data may be shared with external service providers supporting our website, hosting or payments, namely Evolurise LLC-FZ (hosting and technical infrastructure) and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments).

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, and request data portability or restriction of processing. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of Allura Market Maps™ and related subscriptions (the "Products & Services") offered by Allura Real Estate Partners SAS ("Allura").

Eligibility & Professional Use

The Products and Services are intended exclusively for business and professional use. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity and not as a consumer, and that consumer withdrawal rights under the French Consumer Code do not apply to purchases made under these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Delivery

Allura Market Maps are digital documents provided in PDF format. They are for informational purposes and reflect market observations at the time of publication. Products are delivered electronically by email following successful payment and are typically sent immediately. If you do not receive your files, please contact us.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and may include applicable VAT. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via the available payment methods. You may choose to save a payment method for future orders or subscriptions. All payment information is processed securely and directly through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which is PCI DSS compliant and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Subscriptions

Where a subscription renews automatically, the applicable renewal terms, price and billing frequency will be indicated at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise Allura and its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees until auto-renewal is turned off. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings, provided this is done before the renewal date. Full Access is licensed for use on up to two (2) registered devices at a time, which can be managed and replaced from your account settings.

Organisations requiring broader access may request a company-wide subscription.

Allura may update the maps, data, features and functionality included in a subscription as the service evolves. Upon expiry of a subscription period, or upon earlier termination by Allura, access to subscription-only content and functionality will cease.

Service Availability

Allura takes reasonable steps to keep the platform available and performing reliably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond Allura's control may occasionally affect availability.

Refunds

As the Products and Services are delivered digitally and sold exclusively to business customers, all sales are final and no cooling-off period applies. Allura may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in justified cases.

Use & Intellectual Property

The Products and Services are intended for professional use. They may be shared internally and with clients in the context of business activities. Commercial resale, public distribution or modification of the Products is not permitted without Allura's prior written consent. All content, design, data and visuals included in the Products remain the exclusive property of Allura Real Estate Partners SAS. No rights are transferred to the purchaser beyond a limited right of use.

Force Majeure

Allura shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, or acts of government.

Amendments to These Terms

Allura may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the website; continued use of the Products and Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer

The Products and Services are based on Allura's market knowledge and observations at the time of publication. While prepared with care, the information may evolve over time. Allura shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the Products. The Products do not constitute investment, legal or commercial advice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.

Founder & Managing Partner

Ian Kelley is a real estate advisor specialising in Europe’s prime high-street and luxury retail markets.

With over two decades of experience, his work spans investment, development and leasing.

At Allura, he operates at the intersection of strategy, leasing and market access, identifying and activating retail opportunities across Europe’s leading high-street destinations.

He previously held senior roles at CBRE Investment Management and BMO Real Estate Partners (later part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments), where he founded and led the Paris office and built a pan-European platform exceeding €2 billion of high-street retail assets.

Earlier in his career, he was involved in commercial real estate development projects at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Bouygues Immobilier, and began his career at Ralph Lauren, supporting the brand’s European expansion.

Ian is of French-American origin and studied engineering at the University of Massachusetts, before completing postgraduate studies in architecture and real estate at Columbia University and Harvard Business School.
